FAQ

Questions?
I've got answers

Everything you might want to know before your first lesson.

I'm a complete beginner. Is that okay?

Absolutely. Many of my students start from zero. We begin with a simple buongiorno and build your Italian step by step, at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

What levels do you teach?

Every level from A1 (complete beginner) through to C2 (advanced/proficient), following the CEFR framework. Whether you're starting out or refining an advanced level, lessons are tailored to you.

What happens in the free trial lesson?

It's a relaxed, no-pressure chat. We get to know each other, check your current level, talk about your goals, and map out a plan. There's nothing to prepare and nothing to pay.

How long is each lesson and what does it cost?

Lessons are 50 minutes, one-to-one and online. A single lesson is €40, with discounts for the 10-lesson (€360) and 20-lesson (€680) packages. The first trial lesson is a free 25-minute call. See the Lessons & pricing page for details.

Which languages can you explain in?

I'm a native Italian speaker and also fluent in Spanish (C2) and English (C2), so I can explain in English or Spanish whenever it helps, especially at the beginning.

Can you help me prepare for an exam or certificate?

Yes. I offer focused preparation for Italian certificates such as CILS and CELI, with practice tests, strategies and targeted work on your weak spots.

How do I reschedule or cancel a lesson?

Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 24 hours before your lesson. If you cancel within 12 hours, you must reschedule the lesson with me for another slot in the same week.

What do I need to join a lesson?

Just a device with a camera and microphone, a stable internet connection and a quiet spot. I bring all the materials and share my screen during the lesson.

What if I'm in a different timezone?

No problem. The booking planner shows available times in your own local timezone, and I teach students all over the world.
